ANYONE . . . Shriners, your Ladies, family, friends. . . or just people who respect the work that Shriners do can proudly display their support of Shriners and Shriners Hospitals for Children, St. Louis, with the purchase of this plate.

Proceeds from the special Shrine plate fee of $25 per year will all go to Shriners Hospital St. Louis. The collection of that portion of the fee will be administered through Moolah.

Effective July 1, 2000, Missouri started a program of two year license plates. The Shrine license plate fee follows the same rules, therefore a minimum donation of $50 is required (i.e., $25 per year).

Fill out the application below and bring or mail it to the Moolah Shrine Center, along with a check made payable to MO Shriners License Plate (this is tax deductible). You will receive two copies of an "Emblem Use Authorization Statement" as proof of your contribution. Take it with your other state-provided documentation to your local office of the Department of Motor Vehicle Registration. One is for the state and the other for you. You will pay whatever normal registration fee is due to Missouri for personalized license plates. This is a state fee and has nothing to do with the Shrine. If you currently have a personalized plate, you can transfer it to a Shrine plate and keep the same personalized number / letters (subject to Missouri State regulations). The rules are the same, a maximum of six letters and/or numbers, except a hyphen counts towards the limit of six letters or numbers.

If you currently don't have a personalized plate, now is the time to get one! Remember first come, first served on what the plate has on it as your customized name/number. That is controlled by the State of Missouri.
